One of the newly hated/loved rap artists in the game. Let's talk about this dude and his success. For me personally, if this was my boy, i'd be proud of this dude, hot beats, mediocre lyrics but it's mainstream so what can you do. Coming from an already rich base i guess you can hate on him cuz he's not real but he's making shit happpen. Surrounded by good producers and crew he's still got a long way to go. I give him a 7/10. Only cuz this dudes lyrics suck badly sometimes. .. Keep some positive shit up in here, i don't really like the dude myself but we need to get some real talk in music section.
Rap generally sucks, if my child started 'rapping', I'd crap on his face for being such a social outcast.
Its not only Drake, but it's pretty much the whole Young Money crew who is flourishing and has an array or mainstream songs. Personally, I really enjoy listening to Young Money, particularly Drake & Weezy's not-so mainstream songs.
No one cares about your opinion on rap. We are talking about the artist himself. Do not post if you aren't bringing anything into the topic discussion. *You've both been reported Drake is actually really good. I used to not like him for some reason that I don't know. But now I'm listening to more and more of his music. I like his rhyme schemes, his styles, and his flow. He's probably one of the best "mainstream" artists that are out today.

i like drake. He really broke out of that shitty show Degrassi and actually got better success with rap and for that i have respect for him.
yeah drake is good, I really like him, plus the fact he's canadian makes me like him just a small bit more.
