Dragon Slayer.

Hello, I'd like some help or advice.

I'm currently doing the quest Dragon Slayer. However, I'm a low level. I have 20 def, 30 ranged, 34 attack and 34 strength, 28 hp. I'm willing to do the quest and kill Elvarg, but I think this may be a problem.

I know there have been alot of safespots in the past, but did these still exist back in 2007? I know that they've all been patched in EOC scape.

I don't think there any safespots however with your stats it is possible with a full inventory of food and using melee or mage. Range wouldn't work because crossbows are a bit hard to find and also good bolts, but hey try it if you fail the worst that comes out of it is you needing to do it again

 

Get 30 defense before you kill it and you can do it easily. Just get a strength pot from Jekyll random and some salmon/tuna/lobs.

 

If you use two rings of recoil then it shouldn't be a problem what your defense level is

 

Ring of recoil helps a lot. Use them and keep eating/hitting.

 

You can't safe spot Elvarg's fire attack, because she can attack with a distance.

However, one trick that helped me is that when I got low hp, I walked underneath elvarg so I didn't take additional damage while eating

 

Here's a trick that I used ........ Steal elvarg when the person is eating and its low hp It'll be your kill lol.

 

I don't see you have much of a problem with full inv of food. maybe get a super set. Plus recoils you will be golden
