Donator lounge

So awhile back I was infracted for a post a made in the donator lounge here:

My suggestion is either get read of the donators lounge or just make it like a second spam forum for donators because thats all it really is.If I was infracted for that then everyone who posted on that thread should be.

Making the Donators Lounge a second Spam Forum has been suggested and denied mulitple times.

 

Then what use dose it have everything that is posted is spam but yet you get infracted for posting in it lol makes no sense.

 

To this day, I don't know what the purpose of the Donor Lounge is. Possibly disable post count there?

 

The purpose of it is for General Discussion, exactly the same as the normal General Discussion section but it's only involving Donators.

Simple really isn't it?

 

We don't do much discussing.

 

We might as well get rid of it then.

 

I agree with hahanerd just remove post count in the lounge or get read of it everything that is posted there belongs in the spam forum any ways.

 

I say keep the donator lounge the way it is. Just you shouldn't be infracted for what goes on all the time in there, though.

Why?

Removing the post count from there has also been suggested and denied.

 

For that to be possible it would need to be a spam forum.

 

If we can only do general discussion in there, we might as well use the section that everyone can post in (the General/Off-Topic). There's no point in the Donor Lounge if we can't post freely.

 

This^ I don't feel "safe" replying to some ones thread in the donator lounge as it will most likely result in a infraction

 

It's a place to discuss things with other donators.

Don't spam and you won't get infracted, simple.

 

Everything in the donators lounge is spam all the threads are spam.How do you reply to a thread that is spam without your reply being spam>_<

 

What is there to discuss with other donors that we can't with normal members?

 

Nothing at all.If you want to discuss something it's better to do it where every one can see it and reply.

 

lets be honest they keep the donors lounge because it sounds cool to non donators and is one of the few reasons people donate, that and the Icon

 

It's a horrible perk imo. It wouldn't be to bad if we had like a weekly raffle in here, for like a rs mem pin or something. Would encourage others to donate.

 

I don't really see any thing useful for this. It's basically just the same thing as the normal Sythe Forums.
