Yes, I believe there are other sites like, as stated above, USFine. However, I'm unsure how satisfactory these sites are. If you're worried that RS3Pal (Gold4rs) is going to scam you, I'd recommend simply selling the account in the market.

 

Yeah I sold one to RS3Pal recently and they kept telling me there Paypal was limited. Googled it and found other people had been a victim to the same scam. I can show pictures if anyone wants to see.

 

They did the same to me a few years ago, told me there paypal was limited, they ended up paying me with MB instead, after over a month of waiting.

 

The way to get your money is to be forceful and persistent. Constantly ask for your money, and literally tell them when and how to get it to you. They'll propose an alternative method, and try to get it to you in a reasonable time.
