hello, i scammed someone for 40$ awhile ago, and i want to do business on this site, i have done alot of business before, but the reason for the so called "scam" was just starting to get overwhelmed and i didnt have alot of time. and i didnt know what to do. or want to refund, anyways if there is anything i could do to repay him or help me make contact with him i can do a free boost for him to higher elo. thankyou if u read this.
This was my one and only offence. sorry.
School was the reason of shortage of time, it was at the end of the marking period and i knew i really couldnt be playing, and decided i wouldnt finish the boost. but that was wrong. i should have gave the money back also.
