I dont owe a debt to Frogstar, no case in the history of Sythe has ever required someone to face liability for a RWT ban
on someones elses account. It's completely irrelvant whether or not staff think I was the cause of his ban, even if you guys
think its 99.99999999999999999999999999999% likely, there is NO way to prove I was the one who caused his ban, so I cant be held liable.
He is not owed a dime from me, he is a known RWTer and the ban could of been completely unrelated to me selling him gold,
we will never know. Regarding the cash I offered to pay him if he proved I sold him hacked gold a couple points destroy that arguement;
1. It was not a formalized trade by sythe rules discord trades require PM's so its invalid regardless
2. It was a joke, nobody in their right mind would pay $3000 for someone to get themselves banned
3. He didnt prove I sold hacked gold, I never stated by whos standards he had to prove it to for me to pay him that money,
I meant prove it to me and I find his proof insufficent, so that dismisses aswell.
4. He was banned 2 HOURS after I traded him the gold, how can we know he didnt RWT someone else in that time? Its impossible for him to prove he didnt, it could of been via teamspeak(voice chat) or any form of communication thats not written. There is no way to tie his ban to me.
5. If you check this screenshot I directly ask if he has 500M to sell which also implies the 500M he's accusing me of "hacking and selling" was not even on the banned account at all (?): Screenshot - d0d6ef65a61a5f7af46bf4d3dfb9c4e5 - Gyazo I have no intention to repay Frogstar a dime, he's not owed a dime. He's a large RWTer, there is nothing to PROVE that his
RWT ban was caused by me - an assumption is still just that, an assumption. The money I offered to pay him is also completely invalid
due to the above points.
