DNT pardon?

posting here because i want info regarding the DNT tag.
All i can think of is.
1. 2 scythe accounts on same ip. Presavage belongs to my younger brother but he moved out/ he told me he got banned for breaking for a whip.
2. scammer applies for DNT after i was the one who got scammed. i bought gold paid first via pp/ have proof of funds sent and discord chat logs. he runs after payment went through. I check back today to see he got banned good riddance.

Really confused here as you weren't banned due to that as you have zero correlation to him.
