Distinction

Simply put, the whole situation on epic NPC was blown way out of proportion because I got angry. I got scammed on a boost paid the booster as much of the boost out of my own pocket as possible he seemed fine with it then brought it to that site I felt fucked with and I got angry and handled the rest of it poorly. I didn't scam anyone, I got scammed payed my booster out of pocket and then got into a big shouting match with the admins at that other site if you really feel this is worth a permanent ban I guess there is nothing I can do but that's my side of it.

You refused to pay your booster in full after he completed a service for you. That's considered scamming. We don't allow off-site scammers to roam free here.
