    was dntd a while back and really wasnt bothered to contest as there was alot of confusion to my dnt and i didn't really use sythe that much. I purchased an account off a gentleman 6 months prior to me reselling. When i sold the account we agreed on a 120m payment plan over 2 weeks. The plan was great, i got my gold, but a month later, the account was recovered by the original seller. We did NOT agree on any refunds, etc. I tried to bargain with the gentleman but he was very annoyed as expected. I apologise for any inconvenience.

    Hello @coolel,

    You cannot dispute a ban/decision months after it was placed
    You are responsible for the refund to your buyer. While the OO (Original owner) of the account may have recovered it, account disputes follow chain of ownership in the absence of a TOS. Therefore, your buyer directly deals with you, and you are free to report the OO you bought it from.

    After repayment, you will then have to request a pardon
