Disputing Ban

I have had a SRB on my Other account Zerion . Due to the fact that I lost the 2 factor.

After that I had requested for a new account , for which it has been 45 days + , still no response.

If we can prove that Zerion was his old account that he lost access to I don't really see why we can't just unban his new account that got banned for vading obviously with the same TWC. Any thoughts?

 

Well, he was banned for evading the ban on Zerion. I'm not sure who created the account, but it should be unbanned with a TwC (to ensure he's not TwC-vading).
