Disputing a Temp Ban

Hello I will start of by giving my sythe username which is Runescapelegend
I was currently using sythe to find a graphics designer to create my a sig refreshed my page and that's when it came up, I was banned until the 12th now I know that isn't long to wait but it's the point that I haven't done anything wrong to be banned for I see there was a thread made which I believe is this http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=13009594#post13009594

Now I have never created an account called accountswapper I used to live with my parents and it was my brother that recommended me to sythe now I am not saying it was his account maybe it was or maybe it wasn't I had 2 brother who played runescape at the time but I know for a fact I have not created that account I now have my own place I have been using Sythe since 09 I believe now I have never had any reports against me I have been back on sythe now a lot and just set my vouch thread up to start getting some feedback as I have recently done a few trades with itzmarymk I believe the username was and arcus I went first in all trades which was to do with EOC I am just wondering if this could be looked at if possible as I feel its an unfair ban much grateful if this could be looked into as I would like to get back onto the graphics thread to get my sig created
