Disputing a permanent ban

Hello, I was banned for using a forum called 'Hackforums' as the name is very deceptive to the fact that it's all about hacking. I was supposedly banned for 'BlackHat Activity' under the impression that I was hacking. On Hackforums, I was learning how to Program the language of 'Batch' which is a utility tool for easing the use of windows based operating systems. I was also helping other users figure out their problems in their code. Before actions were taken, I should have had a warning to remove the posts and or threads. As I was just gaining knowledge of a programming language and not doing any Black hat activities. Thank you for your time and I would hope to be unbanned.
