Dispute

My nick is noob pker and my account got banned for scamming. I have already talked to sin and he said that I have to repay the scammed people. Ok, then I tried to contact them but they still havent added me. The reason Im writting this is because my sythe account got hacked and the hacker scammed all the people tru my account. Im 100% sure I can prove the hacker wasnt me! I have never scammed anyone! I just want to get my account back. Yes, I will repay the scammed people but I dont really know how to get them online. The account got banned almost 2 months ago and I still didnt get him back. Please help me
