Dispute

I have a friend that was previously banned. He never asked me to post this for him but I think it is worth fighting for because he truly was a trusted member of the community who done whatever he could to make this a better place for everyone. He was banned for a self-vouch that was 2 years old and in the archives. He moved several times during that period so it is impossible to link him to that account.
