Dispute help

Well, some dickhead bought $38.50 worth of ikov gp from me, then he disputed it as unauthorized. How can I win this dispute?

 

You are pretty much cooked mate.Your best bet would be to call paypal and explain everything.If you have his ID or paypal email confirmation evidence, upload it.Also only call paypal when you are done with uploading stuff.

Just keep in mind that its very slim chances to win that kind of dispute.

Thats really controversial topic.Some people say,they lost disputes instantly after saying it was a virtual trade.On the other hand others say that you should tell the whole story without hidding anything.I think you shouldnt lie, just tell everthing exactly as it was.I was told, that it goes much more into those disputes than just evidence.It really matters, which side Paypal agent will like more.Needless to say you wont appear genuine if you lie.
