Dispute Backlog?

I wasn' sure where to post this so im sure a MOD would be nice enough to move for me if it were in the wrong place

However..........

I posted a ban dispute on behalf of somebody 2 days ago, now i know threads dont instantly show as they need to be verified firstly,

I am just wondering why hasn't it showed after two days, possibly mod's are very busy and there is a back-log to go through But i see one that got posted at 10am this morning and is already there.
