Did catholics create islam?

Islam originated long before Christianity.

 

I strongly believe not. I have taken 3 years of Catholic classes in the past and not once we heard about Islam. Maybe they had hid it from us but I know for a fact that Catholicism is a form of Christianity and Christianity has no part in Islam.

 

Islam was founded in 627 A.D. by the Prophet Muhammad.

Jesus Christ died in 33 A.D. and his followers founded a religion after his teachings shortly after.

 

Islam was founded in 627 A.D. by the Prophet Muhammad. Thats 100 percent true. I am muslim myself, a follower of Islam. Catholics didnt create islam. Islam has its own religion and its believe is that Muhammad is the messenger of God and there is no god by Allah.

 

Nothing created anything, in my opinion each religion was in its origin, the same, just branched off to benefit others beliefs and society.
If you look deep enough, each religion has connections to each other.

You're right, but in this thread I believe we're supposed to pretend we believe in god. Even though 70% of Sythe is Atheist/Agnostic

I'm Muslim, and I know for FACT that Christians did NOT create Islam.
First off because, Islam came in 627 A.D. -.- 33 A.D. was when soon after Jesus had died and his believers had came up with Chrisitanity.....
