User has been registered for a while but did it seems he did not become active until recently when his last vader was banned.

Both offer Social Media boosting services, similar ways of typing, neither have the best english, Dickpolont didn't make his thread until after Blackswan was banned, IP locations are probably fairly similar as well unless he's camping VPNs which is a possibility.

 

Looked on two threads and the first two octets matched. Hardly a coincidence.
