Personally, I don't care about him, and have no ill-feelings towards him.
But I believe it's because people think he is an attention-whore, who donated $300 to Sythe with the sole-intention to buy popularity, friends, and a staff position. He acts like a self-righteous bastard, and won't admit when he is wrong.
