If I remember correctly, Obsidian set until 90/90/90, then go Dharok 1hp.

As for GP, as long as you could afford BIS then you're fine, as you'd be making money on NMZ through herb boxes.

 

Do exactly what ob7ivion stated. If you can't afford bis gear then priority is Torture over Prims with DH. Use Bgloves>Dgloves>Runegloves>Addygloves>CB brace, Fire Cape>Obby Cape, Bneck/Torture>Fury>Glory, Prims>Dboots, Bring(i)>Bring. Each trip costs 26k or 16k depending on your qp's. You'll be getting mills of nmz points from that grind which will lead to profit, and the herb boxes you can use the pts on daily should gain you more gp daily than spent on the coffer.

 

The most important part in my opinion is using you points on super combat pots
