Delayed Botting Bans?

To keep a long story short I have been training my magic legitimately from 42-85 mage on one of my accounts.

With my busy IRL schedule I found I don't have enough time on my plate to grind out the remainder of 85-94 magic. Instead of paying for a skilling service, I was thinking about autoclicking the remainder of magic experience required to 94 magic.

I would be doing this in 6 hour intervals in a location where not many players would see me. I would be spreading out these intervals over time.

I was doing some research and have heard that I may be able to get away with auto clicking 85-94 magic however, come a month or two down the road when I'm playing legit I could be banned for the autoclicking I have done.

Does anyone have experience with this? I don't have the time to grind out these levels personally ATM. I would be extremely paranoid if I were banned 1-2 months after I had autoclicked these magic levels.

 

If you don't want to get banned, don't bot. It's really that simple.

 

My personal experience with auto clicking magic is that it's somehow pretty safe. Have auto clicked a combined total of like 20M magic exp and never been banned.

On the other side, I do agree with people that say it shouldn't be too hard for Jagex to see that you are auto clicking.

On the delayed bans: I have never been banned long after I botted. The times that I have been banned for botting I was botting max 24 hours ago.

From my understanding, the vast majority of macroing bans will occur within two weeks or so of the actual offense. I have heard some horror stories where people have claimed to have been banned up to 6 months after they stopped botting, but I'm not sure if those were legitimate (and if they were, delayed bans like these would be very, very rare). I would say that if you haven't been hit with a ban after a month then you should be in the clear.

 

Ive personally been banned 1 month after i stopped autoclicking on one of my pures so i'd suggest if you dont want to risk being banned dont bot.

 

I botted on an account I bought as a safety precaution in case he scammed me and he indeed did and I had a friend send proof directly to their report section and he still isn't banned so it could take time. It has been a month so far.

 

You say you are going to do it on a spot where not many players see you.
I doubt you will get reported if you alch at the ge but if i see a random guy alching in a basement somewhere prepare to get reported.

 

Ye try alching in your house, no one will see you there .

Also as far as I have heard, banns are often within 2 weeks. Never had a bann that took longer than that. Usually I was botting 5-7 days per week on an account and if a bann occured it was pretty fast. Never had an account banned which was rested for more than 2 days personally.

 

I'm going to take the risk. Hopefully the reward outweighs the risk and doesn't bite me in the ass Thanks for all of the useful responses.

 

Putting my 2 cents in on this; Jagex have stated numerous times that AHK is not allowed. AHK is owned by a company known as Enom Inc, which is also owned by none other than Powerbot.org; guess which very well known and used program is also owned by Enom, Garyshood autoclicker.

Secondly autoclickers are EXTREMELY easy to detect, repetitive clicking every what 7 seconds? at the exact same location at the exact same interval, KINDA SUS.

TLDR; I wouldn't.

 

Yeah this - autoclicking is ridiculously easy to detect. just burst afk at mm tunnells or something.

 

My first Main Account got banned for using Autoclicker, after 1 year without using it lol.

 

I think it's obvious that if you want to keep your account safe, don't bot. I've heard instances of people getting banned up to 12 months down the line. Is it worth risking your whole account for a few mage levels?

 

Auto click at your home (make sure you are in construction mode so no randoms can mess it up ). If you arch at home, no reports AT ALL. Just make sure you don't go crazy, bot 4-6 hours a day!
