    Does anyone know a good training spot im lvl 13 with 30 defense.

    you can go to third floor of the cave near west of varrack grand exchange , that is a good place to train i think . lol
    my rs def is also 30, str is 76 ,attack is 60, i dont want to level my def anymore.i often train my guy there , you can try
