    Dear Sythe,

Stop banning all of the established members. This is bullshit.

I can't wait until they censor their names like they did with 1227's server.

    Dear Sythe,

If you break a rule you get banned. I think it is easy to understand.

    Dear Sythe,

Unless staff reserve the right to punish any unconscionable act, the act was unjust. You can't ban members because you want to.

    Dear Sythe,

Quite the contrary, yes. Yes you can ban people for no reason.

    Dear Sythe,

After reading the rules yet again, I guess staff do have that right. My question is how far were the rules stretched to make sure they could get away with this? I understand a fair portion of the reasoning of the bans, but not some parts.

    Dear Sythe,

    That's the thing.

The rules are a bunch of loosely based false law to be used as a guideline on how to use sythe.

They are above the rules. The rules are nothing, something created by the staff, not the law.

    Dear Sythe,

Unfortunately, they can be considered and/or interpreted as law because you will be punished for incorrect usage of Sythe.org.

I still find it hard to believe the rules were created to be evaded and forced upon us. This is almost like a faux monarchy.

    Dear Sythe,

Virtual law, I suppose. But not law that EVERYONE has to follow it.

    You get the deal.

Also, this is a monarchy/tyranny? I don't recall there being any democratic elections.

    Dear Sythe,

I was just using monarchy as a reference to how the kings of old would make up rules and force them upon the peasantry. I could have probably used a much better example, as mine was quite vague.

No person on Sythe should be above the written laws. Sythe might be able to get away with this because it's his site, but other than him, no one else should be above the law.

    Dear Sythe,

I'd rather have it how it is now than how it was back in the day where everyone was a scammed and the mods and admins didn't hardly do shit compared to now. They're doing a great job cutting out a ton of scammers. They don't really ban without good evidence just like they dot unban without good evidence... Better this than the chaos it started with
