DDS Pures?

Hey all, I have this F2P range 2h'r. But im thinking about making it a dds pure because im up for the challenge. The question is, are DDS pure's still good anymore? Are they efficient for pking? Do people still use them? Do other pures own dds pures?

The stats im aiming for:
60 att
70str
1def
1pray
60+range
50+mage

 

70+ range, 82+ mage and max out strength for you combat and you're good to go. Should get claws for +1 too.

 

i think you should just be a clawer instead

 

They're basically the same format, just a different KO spec. =|

Honestly at 71 str (1 def 1 pray 60 att) I find dds more effective for ko's, while d claws will fail almost 90% of the time.

 

DDS pures turned into D claw pures.

 

yes theyre still good.but id do Dscim/DDS ...old school pure ftw.in monks robes too lol.

 

Dds pures is nothing special

 

DDS > Claw at a low level because most good pures bring phoenix ammies and you pretty much can't die from a claw spec if you're wearing one. I would get 52 prayer though, and eventually go for 99 strength.

 

I don't see them around much anymore now that being a 20 attack 99 str pure is more efficient

make sure that you do all the quests before you get 60 attack otherwise ull end up with like 61 attack, like horror from the deep and quests for monkey madness
