Dclaws spec bar Help!

I downloaded models for Dclaws for my 317 allstar base, wrote in all the codes for the weapon. I've been writing this server up for a year and a half now, and i'm teaching myself the language, but there are still a lot of things I need to learn, and I'm not quite sure how to add a spec bar. I have it written to do 2 hits like a DDS, as I'm not sure how to make 4, but thats irrelevant. When I first wrote the codes, I had the claws working, with spec bar and all. I re-compile an hour or so later and the D claws now have 4 attack options, and it's lost the special bar. How do I change this?

well better use other source than allstar, because its very old source.
