He kept trying to sell to me and i didn't want to use PA so i offered WU. He kept pushing different methods and his prices were ridiculously high, and hes accusing me of attempting to scam?

I've been buying mills for months and i completed 3 successful trades during the conversation he posted.

It looks to me as though the two have you have simply had an unfortunate encounter. I don't think there is enough substance to warrant a TWC and have acknowledged your past trades and Paypal resolution page screenshot. Stay away from eachother in future and you'll hopefully be able to avoid conflict with eachother.
