CVLS Pures

I just purchased a VERY good one, a SW prod. Currently getting about 30M on it to start pking/training.

It's

20 attack

89 str

63 range

38 mage

49 CB

1 def/pray

I've been watching videos and they seem pretty beast, but I normally perfer pking in F2P; so keep that in mind.

Mind giving me some advice? This is my first CVLS pure.

I recommend having more than just one way to PK, if you ever run out of money for cVLS then your going to need a alternative method.

Stats wise.. carry on training strength maybe to 90 or 95 then get range to 80.

You have to keep range/mage at lvl 79 to stay melee based. This should help alot.

a) not starting from scratch
b) know superior training methods


Also, what the hell does "melee based" mean? And if it means what I think, what does that have to do with being an effective pker? What makes 20/99/79/79 better than 20/99/99/99 ?

 

Starting from scratch has nothing to do with it this has all the quests and the stat requirements you need. I'm not going to explain melee based cause your being a dick.

 

20/99/1 with 79 range / mage = around 63 cb --> You are melee based
20/99/1 with 99 range / mage = around 73 cb --> You are range/mage based
at 73 cb you wouldn't even level from getting 60 att anymore.

Lol'd. I'm being a dick when you present me with a worthless guide, you don't even know if I haven't done those quests yet.

Thanks inurballs, the explanation of the combat levels actually made sense. However, just from pking i'll end up leveling range/mage anyway...

 

Cvls pures ownage in p2p,20 att 91 str 80 range 94 mage 31 pray would be ownage on it,gl man

 

Any suggestions for F2P though? Or should I just make it r2h/gravite if that's my purpose?

 

I have a CVLS pure. Non-prod level 50 with 81 str. Don't use mage short. Best way to ko kids is to use rune knives, and don't show your VLS till you see how much he safes at what HP. After about 20 secs of just knives, then start reigning hell. You should be able to ko most kids when the are just below like 3/4 health. GL

 

Any advice on F2P Cvls pking?

 

If you are going to be f2ping, just do maple to mith 2h. You should do better, but it would be better in pvp.
I wouldnt raise your attack personally.

 

I'll probably max it out with about 50M and sell it, then just make a gravite 2h pure myself. King Tijn2 usually has fair prices but 1-64 dungeoneering is 80$ >.>

All you really need is 75-80 range.. 45 mage for teleports, then you're set.

I heard you were just going to give it to me though because they wreck in pvp
