    How much should a customer service be paid who help the customers and deliver the gold? I really can not figure out a price

    Do it on a commission based price, the more they sell the more they make.

    I think you misread his question, also customer service reps get paid.

    Thanks for the info everyone! Well i'm asking this if my goldshop opens i am sure because of my price it will get really busy. So i can't handle it alone and i have to hire some good friends of mine. But how much commision should i give them? Because they only help customers and deliver orders.

    A friend of mine who works as sales rep gets a flat rate say $x/hr and a commission as well.

    So they get paid something like $x/hr + $y/gp
