If you get some trust around here, since it has Mith Gloves, 99 Fletching and okay starting pure stats, I would say 20M or so.

bump stats increased, would it be more valuable as a gmauler? with monkey madness pre quests done- then itll have all attack exp quests done

 

Your best bet would be to turn it into an f2p pker as it's still 40 attack.

If you get range up via cannon to stay low hp, fairly high. 1 prayer low hp accounts are extremely good in f2p pking. I'd say 40m 07 if yo uget 80+ range
