Creating a staker

My Obby maul account is finally 60 strength, Iv started mining now so I can mine rune for monies in the future. I have been considering making him into a staker what I was thinking attack:80 strength:60 Defence:80 hit points: in the 90s (from Ranging so it doesnt affect combat level too much) from what I have seen looking around these stats would be good although im unsure about the strength I should get?

 

Keep in mind the higher your str the harder you hit

 

I´d say keep your strength higher than attack/defence and as low prayer as possible.

 

Depends what your doing, for dds stakes for example: 60 attack (70 at higher lvl for whip) and then high str. You ideally want to have your str as low as possible for your max hit. Max hits are gained every 5 lvls from lvl 2. So New max hit on 67, 72, 77, 82, 87, 92, 97.
Hp should be high as well. Its more important that str but an overly high hp lvl may scare off stakers.
So goods stats for dds staker may be something like 60-77-75 or 70-97-95

 

What xD every new max hit for dds is 73, 79, 85, 91, 97

 

everyone who is saying raise str and lower atk and def is wrong...Your in the right direction.

if your gonna get atk and defense 80+ though id get str to high 60s

people these days dont seem to be able to tell the difference between the wildy and the duel arena

edit: their wrong about max hit too.. if you get your max hit at 73 and your next one is at whatever, we will say 78, you dont have an equal chance of hitting your max hit at 73 as u do at 77. Every level you get from 73-78 gives u a little better chance of hitting your max, its about leveling your stats until your combat level is maxed out, not until your max hit is bottomed out.

 

Your attack and Defence should be pretty close in numbers.

Strength should be lower and your prayer should be 1 for a proper staker.

With this being said, you can do whatever you please as it's your account just saying the odds.

Also depends on what kinda staker you want, high HP always is good though.

 

High hp is good, only with your current plan for your melee stats you only have an account good for boxing. If you want to dds/whip get stats like 70/86/70 with high hp. (86 strength because you spec 18s with dds and whip 22s on lash)
