    creatine?

Empirically it is very effective without many side-effects. I use it, and find it does help me get more reps out per set, which naturally translates to lifting heavier and gaining more muscle.

    creatine?

I use creatine, well I did until I stopped the gym as of late - It has multiple reasons behind taking it, there can be both pros and cons.

    creatine?

Only con I know of is a strong link to hair loss in some people-- reason I don't use it.

    creatine?

I do use creatine but not like overly used...Like someone said don't abuse it...

I feel it's pretty effective without many side effects.

A little unrelated: I once sniffed creatine off a girls boob as a ruse to convince someone I did coke (I was drunk)- it worked.... Don't ask me why I did it, at the time I thought it would be amusing...

    creatine?

I used it for months and saw no real difference in gains, stopped using it as I feel it's a waste of money and a mediocre supplement. Creatine is produced by your body naturally.

    See what works for you.

    creatine?

I liked creatine, made me feel like anything was possible when I was at the gym.
But I'm pretty it made me retain a lot of water which is the main reason why I ceased it.
