CPU GUID

Does anyone know if Jagex creates a hardware GUID and flags all of your accounts if one is banned for macroing?

I was banned a few months ago on one account and haven't botted for two months, and now I start auto clicking magic on a new account and quickly get a 2-day ban.

I've never been banned for auto clicking magic before so this is pretty shocking for me.

 

They have the capabilities of storing this information, it's just a matter of whether or not they do.
