    CPU Cooler

So I have an i7 in my computer, and my case fans currently arent working (Thinking I have plugged the fans in wrongly)

So right now I have my box fan on the computer to keep it cool at least (It keeps it at about 50c)

BUT I'm running the stock cpu cooler that came with the i7 processor and obviously need to upgrade my cpu cooler.

What coolers would you all recommend? I don't want to burst my bank I just want something that will work well. Do Cpu coolers generally fit in any computer? I have a NZXT Phantom Full Tower case

tl;dr - I need help finding a good cpu cooler that's going to fit in my computer.

Just get a corsair H50. Being that it is a water-cooling AIO system, you wont have to worry about the height of the cooler on the socket, since it will only stick out about 3/4". It uses a 120mm fan, so you can basically mount it in any case. Not only will the fan cool the fluid that is cooling your CPU, but it will function to move air in/out of your case as well since youll mount it as you would any other case fan. at 55$ it's an awesome upgrade for a simple build. It will perform approximately the same as a high-end air cooler will under intense loads, but with much less noise to achieve the same level of cooling. Under normal loads, it will perform much better
