Could be keylogged

Norton is the worst ever, It sucks, and it takes up a lot of space.

Kaspersky, NOD32, and zonealarm / sygate

 

after you get the keylogger off or whatever..and if you use mozilla firefox, get the free KeyScrambler add-on so if you ever do have a keylogger at least all of your passes wouldn't be stolen. just go to mozilla.com and then add-ons and search for keyscrambler.
