cool image effects

how do people do teh effects like in this image

diffrent brushes on diffrent layers sort of thing then take it into image ready and make an animation that flashes between the two, its actually quite simple !

 

lolz i wunt to do that but way to hard (i think o.0)

 

Open Up your image in Image ready,

Duplicate it, And Add any brushe work you want, effects etc,

then create a new frame with the edited layer and set the time per fram to something like 0.5seconds

then

File> Save optimized as>

and then save wherever you want.
