    I read a different definition in Random House Dictionary. It said Nihilism was the believe that nothing existed and nothing had meaning

    Thebeast's definition is correct although there are Nihilist that go too far just like with all religions.

    Uhh what are you trying to say?

    Since when does a Nihilist hate life, or refer to nothing existing? We simply believe that there is no absolute in any form of meaning of life, and there is no reasoning to anything we do, and that there is no higher being everything is equal.

    I only bothered to read sythes initial post. He puts a good point of view out but there is more to some people than just existence. Existing is not absolute. It may have been for the first being I don't know that but there are many scenarios that disprove his belief.
