Why is nobody training it?

 

It's currently disabled while they polish out any bugs and fixes that are needed to stop dupes etc.

It is currently locked, but I believe they are going to release it within a few weeks, I could be wrong though.

 

Not like anyone would get much done, construction requires cold hard cash for most things and the gold just doesn't exist yet. I think it's good that gold is building up somewhat while construction is down, the entire skill was a clever gold sink anyways and right now, 3 days in, the last thing the economy needs is a gold sink.
