First of all, let me say, this happened roughly 1 month ago. Im just now reporting him because it finally got to me.

Story..

I was looking to buy gp, i wanted to do western union but i only had a debt card and conman3030 told me debt cards down work.Anyways, some kid from my school was looking for an old volkswagon bug. I knew where a 64' german made one was for 500, but it was hidden in the boonies and I needed money so I told him I'd show him where it was for 100$, I get my cash, send it at a western union to conman, Talk too him on msn about once a day. He keeps putting it off for several days,Then one day he tells me to be on and he'd do it then, but ironicly my grand parents needed me so I was gone on that day, then he said he would do it the next night after a wedding he had to go to, he gets back and says "dude im drunk and i gotta wake up tomorrow" no show next day, next day he gets on, wont reply, 3 hours later, I nudge him, he says hes getting a torso done on his account.Then he tells me the torso guy quit, and im like, then xfer some of the gp now please, he says no he wants to finish the torso.Next day, i see him on msn, nudge him, wont reply, ask him when im going to get my gp, wont reply. Nudge him again, he signs off(removed\blocked me). Hasnt been on MSN sense then (Makes it certain he removed me.) See him on runescape as "Con on fire" He showed me the gp like a week before. Wont reply, and ever sense then, everytime i see him on rs I ask him to give me my money, PM him on sythe, sent him emails etc etc and none get reply's. So if you can get like a mod or someone to ask him to explain why he wont reply\didnt give me my money that would be great, I can suply Western Union numbers, name, his name, adress, (i was going to send by mail), Can supply to a mod through PM. And heres a picture of him not replying on runescape.

Forgot to add;
Bought 30m for 2$ each.
Thats fishy, he said he bought them cheaper and didnt need them.
I went first, no MM was used.
