Concentration Help

I'm only posting this anonymously because I don't want people to see this thread and trust me less because I'm a kid or something...

Anyway, I've been having severe concentration problems as of late. I'm home schooled because none of the public schools out here offer courses at the level I'm at (I'm in 8th grade, but all of my courses are 9th and 10th grade level). I've been working on an extremely short (one page) paper all day, and I still haven't completed it. This applies to everything I do, and has been going on for the past month at least. I don't think I have ADD since I don't have any of the symptoms aside from being easily distracted. I'm pretty sure it's more related just to me being lazy and slacking off all day.

If anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried medication?

 

You're just going to have to kunckle down and try your best not to get distracted, if you know you have this problem then you should be able to combat it.
