    Like a week ago I was at walmart and they had an EMachine with 1.5 gigs of RAM and a 80 GB Hard drive and they were on sale for $198.99 I was omg! cause my step moms pc is the same and when she got it the EMachine was like $950 so.. anyways for about $700 you can probally get an either used EMachine.. and EMachine are pretty good... for pc games anyways.. also it depends on what you are gonna be doing with the pc...
