Complicated Issue

Did you agree that botting on the account would render the service void yes or no? ( simple yes or no question no explanation needed)

 

The deposit was quote:

"I need the deposit by next week because I'm busy and think that you are not serious about the service"

Intended for this sole purpose, as we both agreed before any TOS conversation, you and I both know this. You are trying to make it out like it was my mistake getting my account banned and for this reason you won't do or refund the service.

Point blank period.

 

Even if you ignore the bans.

You got what you agreed for for the first 50% .
Its not my fault you guys botted the accounts and then told me because of this just do barrows gloves instead.


I have no ability to control your physical body your choices are your own.

also sythe isnt where this dispute belongs. if anything it belongs on tribot.

 

why cant he Proof anything your saying?

Also, surely you can't create your own tos when he is offering services on sythe.

 

I sent all the evidence to mootrucks via pm on discord.
Also you can create your on TOS but sythe has right to override TOS but this sale repeat did not take place on sythe and at the time you were not a sythe users and we did not meet on sythe

 

Furthermore, at the time of payment, your status on Sythe did not have 'Trade with Caution' which would've revoked any idea of employing you for this service.

 

Also, from your old website URL which has now been removed, I do not recall any official TOS or anything in relation to a deposit for a service partially begun

 

I still have a copy of my website backed up if they want to see it again.

There has to be TOS and structure because if the foot was on the other shoe.
If i completed his service 99% of the way then he botted and got it banned.
he would come here looking a for a refund even though he got it banned and I did all the work.
it goes both ways
