Uhh.. im new at scar 2 but.. I think its because u need to download srl ^_^.. If ur using version 3.0 or higher then u can go on menu file and click download srl

 

There is a sticky at the top of the SCAR Help forums that says the following...

- Include file C:\Program Files\SCAR 3.xx\includes\SRL\SRL.SCAR does not exist.
- Unknown identifier 'antiban' in script
- Unknown identifier 'ClickItemColorTol' in script
- Unknown identifier 'ClickMMColorTol' in script

You haven't downloaded and installed SRL yet, or you have the wrong version of SRL
In SCAR, press File --> Download SRL and wait for it to be downloaded and installed (may take a couple of minutes).
If you still get errors after downloading the new SRL, it means the script probably hasn't been scripted properly or is old.
If other people are using the script however, and you are getting errors, make sure you have the latest SCAR version, and the latest SRL.
Be warned, that new versions of SRL or new version of SCAR could cause the errors. If so, you will just have to wait until the scripter posts an updated version of the script.

I am getting sort of the same problem but it says \Includes\SI.scar does not exist instead of SLR. I tried this and it didn't help but maybe this will help you.
