    Maybe something like a sythe says, (instead of Simon) or anyone for that matter

    Or something along the lines?

    What about an Eye Spy thread?

    I know it sounds stupid but what if sythe pics a post somewhere in the forum (whole) and we have to find it within 3 hours. He gives 2 clues to start with then adds a new one in every 20 minutes or so. Have a regulated time so everyone would know when to check. Prizes could be mini ranks. If too many are being given out then we could have multiple wins = 1 mini rank.
