    When ever something goes wrong for you in runescape, you get banned and no one reads your appeal, you get locked and stay locked forever, e.t.c there is no proper way of contacting customer support ( They only ever want to know you if its to do with money. ) However there is a loop hole that is used to contact Jagex staff Mods and inform them of your problem wich is hopefully resolved aftor communicating.

    In this guide i will show you the proper way to get Jagex to fix your problems.

    Step 1.

    Go to the runescape home page ( www.runescape.com ) and go to "Help" then click Customer support.

    Step 2.

    Once on the Customer Support page look for "Billing" and click.

    Step 3.

    Now you are on the Billing page look for "General Billing FAQs" and click.

    Step 4.

    It will take you to the FAQ page once on this page look for title number 17.
    ( 17. What is your refunds policy? )
    In section 17 look for the highlighted words .. " Billing Support " and click.

    Step 5.

    It should take you to the Login Page ...

    Login with the account that needs looking at by the staff.

    NOTE: ( If you account is locked you may need to create a new account, Dont worry you dont need to do Tutorial Island you just need to be able to login to the next page as locked accounts cannot even login to customer support (Which is extremley stupid.)

    Step 6.

    Once loged in you have acces to a billing form.
    This form is just like an email that is sent to all staff Mods. Make sure you enter your real email addres and check the Query Type says Billing Other.

    Now Write to Jagex explaining you'r situation in the big box and send it off.

    A Few hous (possibly days) later you should have a reply in your message center.

    FINISH.


    I hope this resolves all you problems regarding locked accounts e.t.c, I also hope you have enjoyed and understood my guide.

    This has been posted so many times and still no one has posted proof that they got an account unbanned. Decent guide tho.

    There is no way to show proof however il look into it.
    (just recoverd my acc last loged in 920 days ago using this method il post link tmoz.)

    I have a few accounts that are locked. Contacting Jagex will hopefully allow the problem to be resolved.

    I recently recoverd a locked account of myn

    (wich had been locked for quite a wile because i had appealed a ban on my new i.p :( )

    and now i have the acc back

    This was very useful, now im waiting for them to get back to me since my last chance appeal was denied.
