    basic composition issues, the yellow line is the focal.

    text is also distracting

    no real lighting

    effect c4d looks tacky and ruins any depth

    oversharpened background

    I like it, would look better if the text was faded into the background.

    I think you aligned the text too close together. You should border them and drop shadow to make it much more appealing.
