I know its kind of off topic but i was wondering if anyone could tell me.. i have CoD4 I bought it in store when it came out.. was wondering can i add that to my steam or would i actually have to buy a copy through steam to do that?
The CD key is only working for the Non Steam version of Call of Duty 4, that means, you have to download/copy the game from your CD and if it asks for a CD key just put your CD key in. You can play ANYWAY (!) the same way you play at Steam, that means you're able to play in the same server as your friends or mates do.
