    kk im kinda not a pro, but a few things i could help with are - 1) try to make the font a bit larger, as the text appars quite small. 2) try to justify the text, as otherwise it can look messy 3) im not sure if its me or the pic, but tr to center the bottom line (in the darker green patch), 4) try use a different font from the default windows ones - believe me they don't look that nice =/
    5) try to decrease the distance between the titles and the actual text - it looks a bit empty otherwise.

    apart from that it looks nice, so keep trying~

    Nice job, Just use that space up in the left corner, put maybe a logo or make font bigger =]

    the gradient background could be spiced up.
    Your 'logo' font doesn't fit with the other fonts you've used and their hierarchy, i'd say use a simple sans serif rather then this intricite one.

    You've got too much white space, you could compress the white space a little bit more, and increase the kerning in the content text.

    You also need another color in there to break up the green in the content area.
