Don't like the white borders on this one, and the typography. Left side is very nice, few blending issues though further up his arms. Would like to see better colouring and blending of effects/colours with the render.

 

On the right next to his head is way too blurred.

remove border
use blur/anisotropic diffuse to create a more realistic sense of depth
flow is weak
lighting looks forced and tacky, use soft light instead just brushing
text placement is distracting as it is on a powerpoint
incorporate more red hues to compliment the eyes
rework the right side, i dont look good

 

pretty nice and only things that bother me are the white borders and the 2 peices in the bottom right corner bug my eyes and maybe attract too much attention. I am not great at this stuff but maybe changing the color to a more gray from the blue or making it smaller?

 

I agree with everything said above, and in addition, the part on the right of the eyes looks like water's been dropped on it, if that makes sense? (It's too blurred)
