Clue scroll help

I have clue scroll where i have to go in elf camp or w/e but there's a big ice block, blocking one way and the other way a bunch of tree's. Anyone know how to get up there where ive circled?

 

Elf camp is down South. Why do you gotta go to the rocks?



Maybe I'm just dumb.

 

Take a charter to Camp tyras for it to be faster

 

idk lol it says the rock's i put in my cordinates which are: 04 degree's 41 minutes north
8 degrees 9 minutes west in a cordinate locater and it pointed to there.

 

Think you mixed up west and east, mate.
