client question

ok. so i use to use clients long time ago.
and ya i sorta leached from sythe back b4
either way im basicly here to stay
so ya either way i was wondering what the best non-botting client is...
like top rated i dont want any like added script auto's or anything...
(also could you tell me if there is a possiblity of ban durring client use if not used for botts and stuff)

RuneScape brought out their own client, bit shitty but I'm sure it's 100% safe because they gave it out theirself..
